Ok guys I am looking to learn the rules for 4 mini war games. Does anyone have any access to models or rules from Heavy Gear Blitz, Infinity, Call to Arms or Pulp City? Pulp City REALLY interests me!

Infinity's rulebook is posted up on their website for free. The others I'm not sure of, but XXXXXXX might have what you're looking for.

However! I do think we should be daring and just jump in to Pulp City. Soon.

Pulp city is really fun but its better to use the actual rulebook then the one online because there are alot of key differences between them
