Don’t miss out on Rochester’s biggest nerd event – 5/6/23

FREE COMIC BOOK DAY 2023 – Saturday May 6th all over Rochester

We have 6 foot table(s) available for you to rent for the FCBD Convention Hall in the Governor’s Inn Ballroom or under their big top tent on the patio.

Tables are $75 each (please note that this is not a for profit venture – this fee helps to, but does not in full, cover the cost of tables and facility rental).

To insure you get a space inside the ballroom get payment to us, with your completed form, ASAP.
Please paypal your payment to jetpackcomics@gmail.com and make sure to specify FCBD table.

Cash or check can be dropped off at Jetpack Comics with your completed exemption form.

Please be sure to email us that you have made payment so we can keep an accurate count of vendor tables.
If you don’t do this someone can scoop your space away!

Tables are filled in the order payments are received, filling the ball room first and then the patio. We can not accept special requests for table placement.  First paid gets the premium space.

The City of Rochester requires all “Transient Vendors” to provide an exemption form or be licensed.

Please fill it out in full, select the proper exemption, sign it and get it back to us with payment.
Payment made without the form does not secure your space.   If you are selling anything or collecting monies for anything, we can not let you set up at the event without this form.

Set up starts at 8:00 am at the Governor’s Inn.
