We may allow mail-order if we have enough product.
Our goal is to put as much Pokemon as possible, into as many peoples hands as possible at the most reasonable price we can.
With the surge in Pokemon sales, and the volume of problems we have had we are changing our policies for how we deal with new Pokemon releases. This ONLY applies to this release. We will re-evaluate once the next release is announced.
ALL ORDERS MUST BE PLACED THROUGH OUR WEBSITE
There are no exceptions to this. We will not be taking in-store preorders for this release. Why???
- There is a strict limit of 1 of each item. We consider name, email address, home address, IP address and MAC address as well as additional details when determining the legitimacy of an order.
- The only exception is the prerelease events. You may order up to 2 participations in each prerelease event but be sure you read the stipulations that go with prerelease participation. If you need more than 2 entrees to a prerelease please email us before you try to circumvent things.
- If you are found in violation of our limits, to include placing multiple orders or any other transaction we deem a scam, your order will be canceled the day before release with a 5% penalty and you will not be able to place future orders with us.
WE WANT EVERYONE TO BE ABLE TO GET SOME OF THE NEW RELEASE!
There is a limit on the quantity or product you can purchase. Please do not try to game or cheat the system by placing multiple orders. Make sure to read our terms of sale when you check out. If you think what you are doing may be cheating it probably is. Feel free to ask us questions to prevent any disappointment.
Think you have a scam / work around we haven’t seen before? You don’t and you will get caught and your orders will be moved to the end of line, to be filled after everyone else that played fair.
THIS WILL ALL HAPPEN WITHOUT NOTICE so don’t be a jerk.
BE SURE YOU PAY ATTENTION TO THE SALES AGREEMENT ON CHECK OUT. Once you pay you have agreed to to it.
All we’re trying to say is don’t try to cheat the system. You’re getting them at a deal. Let other people get some, too.
