All preorders are filled in the order that were received & paid for. All preorders may be subject to allocation & delay. In the event of allocation, orders will be filled as the next allotment arrives. “

Allocation – This means we are not provided us all the product we ordered.  Orders are filled in the order they were placed.  In the case of an allocation we can’t fill you will be refunded in full.

Wave Shipment – Due to the volume of product being shipped it may roll out across 4 – 8 weeks.  In this case your order may not ship for release date.  Orders are filled in the order they were placed.  The later you place your order the more likely you will get caught in a wave shipment.  Please be aware of this before placing your order
