THE TURTLE TENT AT PORTSMOUTH MINI CON 40!

TURTLE TENT TICKET HOLDERS may have the ability to purchase limited time entry to PMC40, on the second floor of Cisco Brewery. One hour passes will be available to purchase as capacity allows. There is no guarantee of when that will be so check with the registration table for more info the day of the event.

* Turtle tent tickets includes access to the Tent area ONLY. A variety of creators will sign in the Tent at their discretion, at the signing table / photo op booth. There is no guarantee of which creators will be signing in the tent. Creators are full in control of their time, fees and appearances.

TURTLE TENT TICKET PURCHASE TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Tickets are purchased for entry to the TURTLE TENT event which will be held at its designated location on the dates & times indicated. Passes do not guarantee time with any guests.
2. Guests, creators, exhibitors, and vendors (hereafter known as Tablers) are subject to change at any time and will appear at their discretion. While the guest list may update at any time please do not assume there will be any special appearances
3. TURTLE TENT EVENT, PMC40, Portsmouth Mini Con 40, Jetpack Comics LLC, Jetpack Comics and Games and Ralph DiBernardo (hereafter known as The New Single Syndicate) are not responsible for Tablers’ cancellation, appearance, or changes to set up, break down or event times.
4. Event ticket sales are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
5. Unauthorized or unlawful resale is prohibited by law and is grounds for seizure without compensation.
6. Pass/Ticket holder assumes all risk and danger of personal injury, illness, damage to property, including death, and all other hazards arising from, or related in any way to, the event for which the badge is issued, caused by negligence, gross negligence, or otherwise. The holder releases The New Syndicate, its employees and its agents from any and all liabilities/ claims resulting from such risk, illness, danger, damage, injury or death.
7. Pass/Ticket holder consents to use of his/her/their image or likeness by media now known or hereafter devised for any purpose.
8. The New Syndicate reserves the right to disperse a portion of passes to guests, guest families, staff, staff families, media, and additional individuals / entities as needed, solely at The Syndicate discretion without cause or reason.
9. Passes/Tickets are the property of The Syndicate and may be revoked at any time without cause.  We’re simply asking you to be polite, behave, and be respectful.
10. Beer may be available for purchase on site but may not be consumed in or around any Tablers’ tables or areas.  Any infraction will be cause for removal.
11. Pass/Ticket purchase is your agreement to these terms and conditions.
