In 1984 Ralph DiBernardo organized the event that featured the premiere of the first issue of Eastman and Laird’s TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES #1. Portsmouth Mini-Con took place at the Howard Johnson’s Motor Lodge on the Portsmouth Traffic Circle on May 5th, 1984. Portsmouth Mini-Con 40 celebrates the 40th anniversary of this New Hampshire originated world wide phenomenon.
